NWISA fall regattas are right around the corner with the Girl's Invitational Qualifer and the Keelboat Invitiational Qualifier happening the last two weekends in September.
The SEISA Single Handed Champs, qualifiers for the ISSA Nationals is scheduled for Sept 14-15 at Pass Christian YC, in conjunction with the Laser Class Gulf Coast Champs. There is also a SEISA Girls regatta at New Orleans YC scheduled for Sept 7. The ISSA Team Registration is scheduled to go live on Monday August 19, 2019.
The number of allocated berths at national championships for each district has been finalized for the next school year.
Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA) topped the 12-team field to win the Baker High School Team Racing Nationals on May 25-26 in Portland, Maine.
Twenty teams competed in the 2019 High School Doublehanded Nationals on May 11-12 in Seattle, WA. With racing out of Sail Sand Point on Lake Washington, defending champs Point Loma HS (San Diego, CA) dominated to win the title.
High School Sailing kicks off the Championship sailing season with the Mallory Championship, to be held at Sail Sand Point, Seattle, WA the weekend of May 10-12.
The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) and Inter-Scholastic Sailing Association (ISSA) invites the submittal of proposals to provide on-demand website programming and support services. These services shall commence after a contract is approved by ICSA and ISSA.
